Bay-Backed Shrike ( Lanius vittatus )

This was more of a compositional cum record shot (due to the distance and lack of approach paths due to slush). This lovely bird had perched in the middle of a lake that had undergone severe eutrophication. Another beautiful bird with rufous-buff wash.
