Nature Frames

The first time I went to Karanji, I couldn't make good image of this bird. Then within a week, again we were at Karanji and this time I managed this decent picture. Had to wade through thick grass that grows at the edge of the lake. The risk is that, there are lots of snakes around and its impossible to make out if one is hiding near by under the grass. Infact, we have had one such encounter with in close range in karanji!
